The only time I ever adjust the damping rates on the SPL coilovers is prior to track days, which I havent done one in years now and the car sees 99% of its time on public streets. Granted the roads I spend most my time on in Miami are in relatively good condition. But frequent adjustment of these coilovers simply is not practical nor the intent IMO. They have 15 settings so that you can fine tune them to where you want them for this venue or that venue or a generic baseline that you like and then leave them.
